What if I don't receive any email?

Check your spam folder, unwanted mail or promotions.

Have you found the email in one of those folders?

  • When you are in your Google account you go to Google applications (they are the 9 square -shaped dots that are above the right) and then click on Contacts.
  • Now click on “Create Contact”.
  • Select “Create a Contact”.
  • Write our email: [email protected]
  • Click on “Save”.

IMPORTANT: If you were waiting for the confirmation email and after adding myself as contact and refreshing the web do not receive it, write to [email protected] and we will confirm your inscription and we will forward the mail.

  • When you are in your Yahoo account, click on Contacts, it's the calendar on the right.
  • Click “Add a new Contact” and add my email address: [email protected]
  • Click in “Save”.

  • When you are in your hotmail / outlook account, click on “Configuration”, it's the cogwheel that is up to the right.
  • Select “See all the Outlook Configuration”.
  • Click on the “Mail” tab.
  • Select “unwanted email.”
  • In the section of “Senders and safe domains”, adds my email address: [email protected]
